President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF), Engineer Musa Nimrod distributed economic trees to participants at the 7th President Beach Volleyball Cup in Kaduna.
Nimrod, who also serves as the President of the CAVB Beach Commission, emphasized that planting trees can help mitigate erosion across the country.
He commended the President of the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB), Madam Bouchra Hajij, for leading this initiative at the CAVB headquarters.

The dedicated sports administrator stated, “Planting trees in our environment is crucial. The impact of global warming is largely due to the deforestation happening around us.”
He added, “Madam Bouchra Hajij has set an excellent example, and I encourage other regions to follow suit by promoting tree planting.”

Nimrod distributed hundreds of economic tree seedlings to five volleyball academies, two schools, dignitaries, and journalists in attendance.
